Teams at Lam Research Corporation

Leads cross-functional enterprise AI platform programs spanning governance, operations, adoption, change management, lifecycle management, and FinOps. Establishes responsible AI standards, operating models, roadmaps, metrics, intake processes, and governance forums. Partners with technical, security, legal, data, engineering, and business stakeholders to improve platform reliability, user experience, cost transparency, compliance, and adoption across global teams.

Provides Tier 1 HR support through ServiceNow and phone channels, resolves employee inquiries, processes employee lifecycle transactions in SuccessFactors, and supports onboarding, offboarding, I-9 compliance, personnel records, audits, and knowledge management. Tracks case trends, maintains HR documentation, and identifies AI and automation opportunities to improve HR service delivery.

Leads global Microsoft 365 operations, including SharePoint and Exchange teams, service reliability, incident resolution, governance, reporting, and operational discipline. Partners with Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Identity, and Infrastructure teams on Purview, retention, DLP, eDiscovery, auditing, access controls, data protection, and security remediation. Provides technical direction, people leadership, executive reporting, and enterprise-scale platform administration.
