What you’ll do

We’re seeking an experienced people and technology leader to oversee Lam’s global Microsoft 365 operations, with direct responsibility for the SharePoint and Exchange service teams.

People Leadership and Service Operations
•    Lead the global SharePoint and Exchange teams, providing technical direction, operational oversight, staff development, workload prioritization, and clear accountability for service delivery.
•    Lead major M365 incidents and escalations, coordinating technical teams, Microsoft support, vendors, and business stakeholders through investigation, service restoration, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
•    Maintain strong operational discipline across incident, problem, change, request, and service management, including service queues, SLAs, SOPs, runbooks, documentation, monitoring, and operational metrics.
•    Provide executive-ready service health, risk, project, and operational reporting to CPP and GIS leadership.
Information Security, Compliance, and Purview
•    Partner closely with Information Security on security, compliance, and data-protection initiatives affecting Microsoft 365.
•    Support Microsoft Purview projects and operational tasks, including Data Lifecycle Management, retention, sensitivity and information-protection capabilities, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, auditing, compliance controls, and related remediation activities in partnership with InfoSec and other responsible teams.
•    Translate InfoSec requirements into practical M365 configurations and operational processes while ensuring changes are appropriately tested, documented, approved, and supportable.
•    Partner with security teams on Microsoft Secure Score, identity and access controls, privileged administration, data protection, external access, and remediation of security findings affecting M365 workloads.
•    Establish and maintain appropriate role-based administrative access and separation of duties across Exchange, SharePoint, Purview, and other Microsoft 365 administrative services.

Who we’re looking for

•    10+ years of IT experience, including significant experience supporting Microsoft 365 or enterprise collaboration and messaging platforms.
•    Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, preferably across global or distributed environments.
•    Strong working knowledge of Exchange Online and SharePoint Online, including administration, governance, troubleshooting, and enterprise-scale operations.
•    Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and related technologies such as Entra ID, Teams, OneDrive, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and ServiceNow.
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview, including retention and data lifecycle management, information protection and sensitivity labeling, DLP, eDiscovery, auditing, and compliance capabilities.
•    Experience partnering with Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Identity, and Infrastructure teams on enterprise security and governance initiatives.
