Own and evolve the company voice, transform complex procurement topics into clear narratives, and polish all published materials. Collaborate with founders, marketing, product, and go-to-market teams while building audience engagement. Manage projects from concept through execution and use AI tools effectively in the writing workflow.

Own the product lifecycle from customer discovery through execution and deployment. Gather user insights from customer meetings, implementations, support tickets, and product usage; translate them into prioritized enhancements; and collaborate with engineering to deliver features. Support product testing and prospect demos as needed. This onsite San Francisco role includes occasional travel to Europe and requires strong enterprise customer understanding, communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
