About You

You're the person who can take something complex and make it click. You find the one sentence that makes a product suddenly make sense, and you know how to say it three different ways for three different audiences. You're energized by a blank page and a hard positioning problem. You pay attention to how the market moves and how competitors talk, and you turn that into sharper messaging and better decisions. You care about the craft of a launch: the narrative, the timing, the details. You like working across teams, moving fast, and owning the outcome. You're ready for your next challenge.

About Us

Levelpath is the modern AI procurement platform for global enterprises. Since our founding in 2022, we have been on a mission to make procurement delightful. Uniquely intuitive, Levelpath makes procurement more nimble in days and unlocks savings in weeks, while delivering clarity, control and intelligence for all stakeholders. Built in AI delivers contextually relevant and genuinely helpful answers, uncovering valuable opportunities and dramatically increasing efficiency. Global brands trust Levelpath's deep procurement expertise to transform their business outcomes and drive value from their supplier relationships.

Pathfinders Wanted - Join Us!

We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own how Levelpath is positioned and how the world understands what we do. Levelpath is shipping fast, and every release needs a clear story: what it is, who it's for, and why it matters. You'll own our core messaging and positioning, lead go-to-market for launches, and be the person who knows the competitive landscape cold and turns that knowledge into an edge. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, with real room to grow as the function expands.

This is a full-time position that will be based out of our San Francisco Headquarters.

What You'll Do
  • Own competitive and market intelligence: track how the market and competitors move, run win/loss analysis, and turn what you learn into positioning, battlecards, external facing content, and product input

  • Lead go-to-market for product launches (large and small) - partner with Product to translate each release into a clear story, plan the launch, and coordinate across Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to land it

  • Build messaging frameworks and content (web copy, one-pagers, narratives, talking points) that keep our story consistent across every channel

  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to identify and document high value use cases and customer stories to arm the field with messaging and materials to tell our story well.

  • Partner with Product to shape the roadmap with market, customer, and product usage insight, and to make sure what we build is something we can clearly sell.

  • Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts; manage briefings, advisories, and inquiries. Contribute to analyst and market-facing narratives that raise Levelpath's profile in the category.

What You Bring to the Table
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally at high-growth B2B SaaS companies

  • A track record of building positioning and messaging that sharpened how a product was understood and sold

  • Experience owning or driving product launches end to end, coordinating across Product, Marketing, and Sales

  • Strong analytical and data driven mindset; comfortable with funnel metrics, experimentation, and attribution.

  • Strong competitive and market instincts; comfortable turning research and win/loss into clear, usable insight

  • An excellent writer and communicator who can make complex products simple for very different audiences

  • Collaborative and fast-moving; able to flourish in a fast-paced environment and drive work across teams

  • Comfortable driving work across Product, Sales, and Customer Success without being the most senior person in the room

  • Bonus: procurement, fintech, or ERP/spend-management exposure
