Temporary General Ledger Accountant supporting corporate accounting operations, including account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, month-end and year-end close, cash and payroll reconciliations, AP support, P-card administration, tax review, intercompany analysis, and process improvements. The role requires strong Excel and accounting systems skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, and effective coordination across teams.

Manages multiple manufacturing capital improvement projects from concept through installation and handoff. Responsibilities include defining scope, budgets, timelines, and success criteria; investigating solutions; coordinating suppliers, contractors, and internal teams; specifying and approving equipment; supporting process improvement; and ensuring training, documentation, maintenance support, and compliance with plant safety requirements.

Provides exceptional guest service in a chocolate fountain and retail environment. Maintains product knowledge, prepares fountain items, stocks supplies, follows food safety and sanitation standards, minimizes waste, and keeps storage and guest areas orderly. Supports topping and scooping duties, semi-table service, product upselling, and fountain setup and breakdown. Requires effective communication, professionalism, time management, and the ability to work independently and with a diverse team.
