Tracks schedules, milestones, risks, resources, deliverables, and action items; coordinates prototype builds and shipments; follows issues through resolution; and prepares executive-ready status updates. Collaborates with engineering, reliability, test, compliance, supply chain, manufacturing, and external partners while learning technical program management in a clean-energy hardware environment.

Lead reliability engineering for power electronics and battery products across the product lifecycle. Collaborate on hardware design, establish reliability targets, provide Design for Reliability inputs, and drive DFMEAs. Develop accelerated life test plans, monitor field performance and warranty metrics, conduct failure analysis, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions and product improvements.

Design and deliver embedded firmware across the full product lifecycle for home energy products. Responsibilities include power electronics controls, system behaviors, optimization, communications protocols, diagnostics, updates, control algorithms, manufacturing automation support, validation testing, and production quality. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop reliable, high-volume products with wireless mesh and continuous communications requirements.
