Build pipeline, model financials, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive deployment of batteries and DERs to scale Virtual Power Plants and grid services.

Lead reliability engineering for power electronics and battery systems: set reliability targets, provide DfR input, run DFMEAs, develop ALT test plans, analyze failures (lab and field), track field reliability metrics, and drive corrective actions and warranty insights.

Support NPI material planning, procurement, and inventory management. Issue and track POs, generate CTB reports, coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, reconcile NetSuite and WMS inventory, perform root-cause analysis, manage consigned inventory and cycle counts, and assist with change control and vendor invoicing discrepancies.

Lead global trade and logistics operations including multimodal freight, trade compliance (HTS/ECCN, CCL, Class 9 Hazmat), duty optimization, bonded flows, carrier/3PL sourcing and contracting, KPI-driven carrier performance and inventory optimization, vendor audits/QBRs, and training/shipping process documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and cost-effective fulfillment.
