Supports digital advertising campaigns from setup through launch, QA, optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting. Implements tracking technologies, analyzes campaign performance, conducts A/B tests, and provides data-driven recommendations. Collaborates with sales, account management, product, and engineering teams while ensuring campaigns comply with advertising policies and regulations.

Manage customer success for Lyft Business transportation programs. Serve as the primary contact for product functionality, billing, and service issues; lead implementations and onboarding; conduct product demos; monitor and optimize program usage; troubleshoot issues; and coordinate with sales, product, support, finance, legal, and other teams to improve customer outcomes.

Supports actuarial data pipelines, monitoring dashboards, pricing, reserving, financial reporting, and competitive analysis for auto insurance products. Collaborates with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Public Policy teams. The role requires strong SQL and actuarial analysis skills, with opportunities to use ETL, R, Python, and automation while pursuing FCAS development.
