Build and own backend systems for Lyft Growth Platforms (Incentives & Messaging). Design architecture, lead multi-person projects from concept to production, write well-tested code, collaborate with product, design, and data teams, operate distributed, scalable services using Python/Go/AWS/AI/NoSQL, participate in on-call incident response, and mentor peers to promote engineering best practices.

The Firmware Test Engineer designs and executes test plans for micromobility hardware, collaborating with teams to ensure quality and reliability of firmware. They manage deployments and contribute to NPI and fleet sustainability initiatives.

Lead and execute risk-based internal audits across technology and business domains, perform risk assessments, recommend control improvements, support ERM, manage co-sourced partners, and drive audit automation and continuous improvement.
