Build and improve ML systems powering core AI capabilities: create and maintain evaluation datasets, design experiments, train and fine-tune models (including RL approaches), analyze results to drive product decisions, participate in research, and partner with product and backend teams to integrate models into production.

Build Macroscope’s enterprise sales pipeline as its first BDR. Research target accounts, identify relevant outreach triggers, run multichannel outbound campaigns, qualify inbound leads, and partner with founders and account executives. Develop messaging, test sales experiments, create the outbound playbook, and share market insights with sales and engineering. The role requires strong technical aptitude, exceptional writing, entrepreneurial initiative, and experience in B2B software sales development or another high-performing customer-facing role.

Build and scale top-of-funnel demand across PLG and enterprise motions. Own paid acquisition (starting with Google Ads), growth experiments, content, events, partnerships, lifecycle campaigns, and product launches to generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
