Mechanism is an early-stage venture firm that partners with and funds extraordinary talent to cofound and scale $1B+ companies. Our core hypothesis is that world-class talent who have the right guidance and support can become startup CEOs, achieve early profitability, and, through aggressive reinvestment, can scale $1B+ companies with minimal risk.
