We build AI systems that can reason, in order to enable AI agents that can accomplish larger goals and safely work for us in the real world. To do this, we train foundation models optimized for reasoning. On top of our models, we prototype agents to accelerate our own work, seriously using them in order to shed light on how to improve the underlying model capabilities, as well as the interaction design for agents. We aim to rekindle the dream of the *personal* computer—for computers to be truly intelligent tools that empower us, giving us freedom, dignity, and agency to do the things we love.

We design, build and operate a fleet of mobile fast pyrolyzers that convert ag and forest biomass residues into bio-oil for use in carbon removal and direct-reduced-iron steelmaking. # KEY FACTS - Founded in 2002 - 55 technicians in China - More than 1,100 shipments checked every month # SERVICES - Product QC inspections - Factory audits - Other related services to support our clients # THE THREE COMMITMENTS TO OUR CLIENTS We have identified three "customer critical to quality criteria" in the inspection business: 1. Sending only product-specialized technicians We do not guarantee to perform a service on a certain date. What we commit to is sending QC technicians who are qualified for your products. 2. Being reactive We know that many shipments are urgent. Most of them might already be late by the time we are called to inspect them. Our clients do not want us to be a bottleneck. We have organized our internal processes to accommodate for urgent jobs. 3. Releasing only properly-vetted reports We do not guarantee that we send reports on the evening of the inspection day. What we commit to is studying the reports carefully before releasing them. For inspections in China, 80% of reports are sent on the same day.

SaaStr is the world’s largest community of SaaS executives, founders, and entrepreneurs. Our goal is to help everyone get from $0 to $100m ARR with less stress and more success. We do that with a combination of industry-leading content and community connections. The SaaStr Annual is the largest non-vendor event in the industry. SaaStr began in 2012 as a simple WordPress blog and a few answers on Quora sharing EchoSign founder Jason Lemkin’s learnings of going from $0 to $100m ARR at EchoSign. This led to our first meet-ups in 2013, the first SaaStr Annual in 2015, the industry’s leading podcast in 2016, the first coworking space in 2017, and the first learning management system for SaaS CEOs in 2018. To continue expanding and serving the community, SaaStr has grown its offerings to include regional and global events, a co-selling space, an investment fund, and an automated e-learning platform. SaaStr has been named one of the Top 100 Blogs for Entrepreneurs but Forbes and one of the 50 Best Websites for Entrepreneurs by Inc. Magazine, and a Top Writer on Quora six times. Jason has been named by Business Insider to the 32 Most Powerful People in Business Technology.

Brilliant Corners provides innovative housing and housing-related services to California’s most vulnerable individuals, with an emphasis on those transitioning from, or at risk of, homelessness or institutionalization. We were founded in 2004 on the belief that all people deserve safe, affordable housing that includes the support services they need to live as independently as possible. We quickly became California’s largest housing partner in the historic shift from institutional settings to community-based housing for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Over the past 15 years, we have embraced the challenge of scaling innovative supportive housing for those who need it most, with an emphasis on those transitioning from, or at risk of, homelessness or institutionalization. Working at the intersection of housing and sectors such as healthcare, veterans’ services, criminal justice, and the homelessness response system, Brilliant Corners provides a variety of innovative supportive housing models that meet the unique needs of each individual we serve. Brilliant Corners’ approach is based on Housing First principles, person-centered planning, and community living in the least restrictive setting. Our staff work hand-in-hand with our clients to achieve their self-identified goals—including safe housing, financial stability, improved medical and mental health, connecting with family, community engagement and an overall improved quality of life. Simply put, Brilliant Corners staff members meet people where they are, and value and respect the whole person. Mission: To create affordable, supportive housing for vulnerable and undeserved people, including but not limited to people with intellectual and physical disabilities and those transitioning or diverted from homelessness or institutions.
