Coordinate prototype iterations and pilot deployments while ensuring the gloves are comfortable, durable, manufacturable, and produce reliable tactile data at scale.

Leads end-to-end development of hardware systems for robotics and embodied AI, from product definition and architecture through prototyping, validation, manufacturing, and deployment. The role requires hands-on expertise across hardware disciplines, system integration, experimentation, debugging, supplier coordination, and technical leadership.

Train and evaluate computer vision models for embedded deployment, build efficient C++ inference pipelines, and optimize latency, memory, power, and sustained performance. Integrate models with embedded Linux, test on representative hardware and data, and investigate errors across preprocessing, inference, and system integration. Lead candidates will set architecture and evaluation standards while guiding model and software development.

Build reinforcement learning environments for robotics and embodied AI research. Define tasks, observations, actions, rewards, transitions, termination conditions, and evaluation metrics. Train baseline agents, run controlled experiments, assess generalization and uncertainty, investigate failures, and identify data or environment issues. Collaborate with domain experts and engineers to develop reusable, documented research systems and benchmarks.

Build scalable physics-based simulation environments and world models for robotics and embodied AI. Develop parallel training and evaluation pipelines, calibrate simulations against real-world data, improve sim-to-real transfer, and create learned or hybrid dynamics models for prediction, planning, and control. The role requires strong simulation, robotics learning, Python, and C++ expertise, along with experimental judgment and experience building reproducible research infrastructure.

Run paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google/YouTube; manage budgets, targeting, bids, creative, landing pages, and tracking. Optimize funnels for activated contributors, monitor acquisition costs and quality, report performance, and recommend budget allocation. Adapt campaigns across international markets and support referral, community, and partnership experiments. The role requires hands-on campaign experience, analytical skills, rapid creative testing, and scrappy growth-building ability.

Build and lead Mecka AI’s business-data acquisition function. Source and close strategic B2B data partnerships, establish outbound sales processes, manage CRM workflows and forecasts, hire and coach GTM and sales staff, negotiate commercial agreements, coordinate Legal and technical reviews, and ensure signed partnerships reach successful data delivery and activation.

Own and scale Mecka AI’s global supply acquisition engine across referral, community, field, organic, partnership, and paid channels. Manage funnel performance, activation, capacity planning, channel economics, contributor retention, brand strategy, and partner programs. Build portable growth playbooks across markets, hire and lead a growth team, and optimize acquisition quality, speed, volume, and cost across APAC, South America, and North America.

Own regional capture supply for an embodied AI data platform by selecting target markets, building partner pipelines, negotiating commercial agreements, setting capacity plans, and managing partners through ramp-up. The role requires developing a regional playbook from scratch, securing high-volume capture partners, monitoring quality and output, growing successful relationships, reporting market insights, and traveling regularly across the region.

Own partner operations from deal support and onboarding through hardware deployment, support, performance reporting, quality monitoring, payments, and reconciliation. Build repeatable processes, tools, scorecards, and playbooks across regions while coordinating with product, engineering, finance, hardware, and logistics teams to maintain partner output and resolve issues.
