About Mecka AI

Mecka AI is building the data infrastructure layer for robotics and embodied AI.
We design and operate global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used by leading AI labs and robotics companies to train and validate humanoid and embodied AI systems.
We work closely with frontier robotics teams to bridge real-world data, simulation, learning-based systems, and deployed hardware.

About the Role

Signing a capture partner is the start of the work. Getting that partner to steady, high-quality output takes onboarding, training, hardware, support, and reporting, and every step has to run on time.

As Partnership Operations Manager, you will own that path for our regional partnership leads so they can focus on finding and signing partners. This is a new function, so you will set the standards and tooling yourself and make them repeatable across regions.

What You Will Do

  • Deal support: Prepare proposals and agreements from approved templates and keep a clean record of every partner’s rates, volumes, and term dates.

  • Onboarding: Set partners up on the platform, issue devices and accounts, and train their teams on capture standards so they reach full output quickly.

  • Hardware: Manage device allocation, tracking, replacements, and returns with our hardware and logistics teams, and keep inventory records accurate.

  • Partner support: Be the first point of contact for partners, and run the support channel to clear service levels. Resolve problems yourself or route them to product, engineering, or finance before capture is disrupted, and pass on what partners need from the platform and devices.

  • Performance and reporting: Monitor daily performance and quality across partners, including recorded, approved, and deliverable hours, recording counts, and QA rejection rates. Act when numbers slip, and raise anything commercial with the partner’s regional lead. Keep scorecards, business reviews, and the data behind them current.

  • Payments: Own partner payments and reconciliation, making sure hours are approved correctly and paid accurately and on time.

  • Playbook: Build and improve the processes, checklists, and tools that keep partner operations running as the network grows.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years in partner or vendor operations, supply or merchant onboarding, business operations, program or project management, or account management, ideally at a high-growth marketplace, delivery, or BPO company.

  • Execution: A record of running many partner launches at once across time zones, with clear process and tight follow-up.

  • Organization: Highly organized and detail-focused, able to manage many partners and tasks at once without letting things slip.

  • AI fluency: You use AI tools in your day-to-day work to pull and analyze data, draft partner communications, and streamline your own processes.

  • Problem solving: A practical problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and sees problems through to resolution.

  • Relationships: Strong interpersonal skills. You work well with both partners and internal teams.

  • Agency: A high degree of initiative and comfort with ambiguity. This is an early and unstructured role, so you will set your own priorities, work without an established playbook, and build processes where none yet exists.

Even better if you have

  • Industry: Background in data collection, AI training data, or BPO services.

  • Field deployment: Experience with device deployment and inventory tracking across partner sites.

  • Multi-country: Experience running partner operations across several countries and time zones.

  • Languages: Working fluency in one or more of our regions’ main business languages, alongside professional English.

If you don't check every box above but believe you can do the job, we encourage you to apply — we're looking for capability and trajectory, not a perfect checklist match.

We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, we will partner with you to meet your needs.

We may use AI-assisted tools to help evaluate applications against the requirements of this role. These tools support our recruiting team in identifying qualified candidates but do not replace human judgment or limit which applications may be reviewed or considered.
