Support end-to-end onboarding of HR, payroll, benefits, and leave clients. Configure HRIS platforms, migrate and validate employee and payroll data, establish benefits EDI and GL integrations, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, maintain implementation plans, and ensure smooth handoffs to service teams. The role also improves workflows through automation and AI while managing client expectations, timelines, testing, and go-live readiness.

Manage end-to-end international payroll for clients across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and additional countries. Process payroll changes, reconcile results, coordinate funding and filings, resolve client issues, and maintain accurate records. Help establish payroll processes in new countries by researching statutory and tax requirements. Use ADP, Rippling, Salesforce, and other systems while documenting procedures and supporting continuous improvement.

Analyze employee benefits renewals, carrier proposals, plan designs, contribution strategies, and financial projections for small and mid-sized business clients. Build RFPs, validate quotes, benchmark market data, model claims and pricing, estimate reserves, and present recommendations to client decision-makers. Coordinate renewal handoffs to benefits support teams while maintaining analytical documentation and improving processes through Excel, Salesforce, proprietary tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
