Lead partner onboarding, activation plans, performance reporting, cross-functional execution, and executive stakeholder engagement to translate partnerships into measurable business outcomes.

Support and optimize the AthenaOne EHR by improving clinical workflows, customizing documentation tools, delivering training, managing user accounts and Slack/ticket support, participating in go-lives and EHR projects, and liaising between clinical, product, engineering, and Athena support teams.
