SVP, Commercial Sales

Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer

The difference you’ll make:

At Midi Health, we’re building the leading virtual care clinic for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife health challenges—and we’re growing fast.

We’re onboarding approximately 1,000 new patients every day and conducting 30,000 virtual visits per week, while partnering with leading health plans, employers, and health systems to make comprehensive midlife care accessible at scale.

We’re looking for an SVP of Commercial Sales to lead the next phase of that growth. Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll own Midi’s payer and employer revenue engine across Health Plan Sales, Health Plan Alliances, Employer Sales, Client Success, and Sales Operations.

You’ll set the commercial strategy, build and lead the organization, and create the operating rigor required to turn Midi’s early traction into a repeatable, compounding growth engine. You’ll be accountable for covered lives, revenue growth and retention, pipeline predictability, and the caliber of the team you build.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead the commercial sales organization. Hire, coach, and scale leaders across Health Plan Sales, Health Plan Alliances, Employer Sales, Client Success, and Sales Operations, building a high-performing team with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Own payer and employer GTM strategy. Set targets, priorities, budgets, and growth sequencing across health plans and employers—determining where Midi plays, how we win, and how we scale.
  • Build our alliance and channel engine. Define how Midi activates consultants, brokers, health plans, and strategic partners to expand access, generate demand, and accelerate growth.
  • Drive retention and expansion. Own the strategy for renewals, account growth, program adoption, and net revenue retention, including executive engagement with Midi’s most strategic partners.
  • Create commercial operating rigor. Establish the forecasting, pipeline management, systems, and operating cadence needed to accurately predict performance and hold the organization accountable to results.
  • Operate as a senior commercial leader. Translate performance, opportunities, and risks for the CCO, executive leadership, and board, while representing Midi externally with senior leaders across the healthcare ecosystem.
Who you are:
  • You bring 12+ years of progressive experience in payer and/or employer benefits sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership, ideally within high-growth healthcare, digital health, or value-based care.
  • You’ve built and scaled revenue organizations spanning multiple motions—including new business, alliances/channels, account management or Client Success, and Sales Operations—and have experience leading leaders.
  • You have a demonstrated track record of owning the number at meaningful scale, whether that’s revenue, covered lives, quota, net retention, or another core commercial metric.
  • You have deep experience selling into and partnering with health plans and/or large employers, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and closing multi-million-dollar partnerships. Experience with Blues plans is strongly preferred.
  • You’ve helped build GTM organizations through both 0→1 and 1→100 stages, including hiring and developing the leaders and individual contributors required to scale.
  • You combine strategic range with operating discipline—equally comfortable setting the commercial strategy, reviewing the forecast, coaching a leader, or getting involved in a critical deal.
  • You build trust and influence with C-level stakeholders and can effectively represent the business with customers, partners, executives, and the board.
  • You thrive in high-growth environments: self-directed, resourceful, low-ego, and energized by building through ambiguity.
  • You’re passionate about improving healthcare for women and excited by Midi’s mission.
Why you’ll love working at Midi:
  • Build a category-defining company transforming how healthcare serves women in midlife.
  • Own a critical growth engine with meaningful influence over Midi’s commercial strategy and next stage of scale.
  • Join at a pivotal moment, with meaningful payer and employer traction and enormous opportunity ahead.
  • Share in the upside through competitive compensation and meaningful equity.
  • Work with a mission-driven, high-ownership team that moves quickly and cares deeply about the patients and partners we serve.

We’re backed by top-tier investors including Google Ventures, Semper Virens, and Emerson Collective, trusted by leading health plans and employers, and growing rapidly to meet nationwide demand.

Our mission is simple: change the way healthcare serves women in midlife—because women deserve better.

The salary for this role is 260,000-340,000 annually. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for additional compensation, including equity and benefits.
