Teams at Mill

Lead tactical execution of Mill Commercial’s launch and expansion across customer sites. Build launch schedules and readiness playbooks, coordinate hardware engineering, supply chain, logistics, vendors, field operations, and partner teams, resolve deployment risks, audit vendor performance, and maintain service levels. Translate technical workflows into SOPs and training for commercial food-service staff. Requires hardware deployment experience, technical literacy, and willingness to travel nationally up to 50%.

Leads the Mill Commercial software platform across fleet management, UI, data integrations, firmware, and computer vision teams. The role coordinates resources, dependencies, schedules, budgets, Scrum ceremonies, third-party data integrations, customer and partner requirements, and executive communications. It requires technical depth across device software and cloud applications, experience launching complex first-generation products, and strong cross-functional program execution.

Supports the Chief Communications Officer and GM of Consumer/GTM through complex calendar management, executive communications, confidential information handling, travel and expense coordination, meeting logistics, briefing preparation, and follow-up tracking. The role requires sound judgment, composure, strong relationship skills, cross-functional coordination, and effective use of AI tools. It also contributes to team morale, culture, and executive effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
