Own and maintain a hardware-in-the-loop test station for commercial electromechanical systems. Build Simulink plant models, develop fault-injection and emulation capabilities, translate requirements into automated tests, integrate regression testing into Linux CI, and debug failures across hardware, models, and firmware. Responsibilities include vendor commissioning, calibration, documentation, bench wiring, signal-level analysis, and collaboration with Firmware, Systems, Test Engineering, EE, and SW QA teams.

Own quality for consumer and enterprise software across web, iOS, Android, e-commerce, and connected-device experiences. Develop test plans, execute manual and automated testing, build automation frameworks, validate integrations and cloud services, and support bug triage and release validation. Partner with software, hardware, cloud, firmware, product, and program teams to improve coverage, reliability, accessibility, performance, and customer experience. Establish effective AI-assisted testing practices using tools such as Claude Code.

Partners with engineering and product leaders on team design, hiring plans, performance, employee relations, manager coaching, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation philosophy, and workforce data. Collaborates with Recruiting, People Operations, Legal, and outside counsel on hiring, work authorization, visa matters, and organizational changes. Helps develop technical manager programs and supports company-wide People initiatives in a growing technology company.
