The Specialist will manage employee lifecycle operations, maintain compliance, handle payroll, oversee benefits management, and ensure employee queries are addressed efficiently.

Build Mimica’s product marketing function and own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, market research, customer narratives, sales enablement, and marketing collateral. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Content, Demand Generation, and other teams to translate technically complex AI and enterprise software capabilities into compelling stories for varied industries, personas, use cases, and customer segments.
