Own lifecycle marketing from first touch through onboarding and early treatment. Design and execute multi-channel email, SMS, push, and in-app campaigns; build segmented automated workflows and behavioral triggers; run A/B and multivariate tests; analyze funnel and cohort data; partner with Analytics, Design, and Product; and manage lifecycle platforms to increase signups and reduce drop-off.

Lead product strategy and own the roadmap for your area. Design end-to-end user flows and UI, partner directly with engineering, growth, and leadership, make tradeoff decisions, ship products, and measure outcomes to iterate and improve the experience.

Own and architect Mochi's cross-platform mobile apps: integrate HealthKit and Health Connect, leverage Expo/EAS and Config Plugins, design offline-first sync and aggressive caching, optimize mobile performance and UX, implement secure messaging and AI-powered workflows, manage CI/CD and app reliability, and elevate engineering practices through code review and testing.

As an Engineering Manager, you will mentor junior developers, recruit senior talent, and align engineering efforts with product goals in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Build and own full-stack healthcare systems: design DB schemas and APIs, implement React frontends, operate services on Kubernetes/AWS, integrate agentic AI into product workflows, mentor engineers, and ensure secure PHI handling and high reliability for clinical use.

Design, build, and operate core backend systems powering subscription billing, medication ordering and fulfillment, and partner integrations.
