Implement prompt engineering, RAG and retrieval systems, evaluation datasets/scorers, multi-agent orchestration, and production ML/AI services. Collaborate with AI Platform on routing, observability, and production quality.

Lead and execute Growth engineering work to drive acquisition, activation, and retention. Build experimentation systems, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze user data to inform product decisions, mentor engineers, balance technical debt and feature development, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
