Own Nace AI’s end-to-end marketing and go-to-market strategy, including positioning, product marketing, demand generation, developer growth, enterprise pipeline, communications, partnerships, analytics, and sales enablement. Build the marketing organization, manage budgets and agencies, lead launches and research communications, and convert technical AI capabilities into compelling narratives and measurable revenue. The role is fully onsite in Palo Alto and partners closely with founders, product, research, and sales teams.

Develop scalable full-stack components for AI systems, design APIs, manage cloud infrastructure, and evaluate AI agent performance.

Own the full sales cycle for Nace AI’s OCR product, from qualification and technical demos through negotiation, closing, onboarding handoff, and expansion. Partner with the CEO on pricing and deal strategy, develop outbound sales into target financial and technical segments, manage CRM and forecasting, coordinate proof-of-concepts, refine the ICP, and build the company’s foundational sales playbook.

Lead program management for product development: plan and track deliverables, run cadences, build roadmaps and dependency maps, surface and resolve risks, coordinate launches, and communicate progress between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Growth Lead will develop and execute performance marketing strategies, manage a team, optimize marketing budgets, and collaborate with engineering teams for data analysis.

The Research Engineer role involves developing advanced AI models for financial operations, requiring expertise in language modeling and deep learning frameworks.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-Agentic products, collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement based on user insights and business goals.
