The Mission

At Nace AI, we are building the cognitive infrastructure for the modern professional. Our platform empowers professional knowledge workers like auditors and accountants to get 1000 hours of productivity back.

Backed by General Catalyst and Intel, we have the capital, the pedigree, and the technical edge to define the future of work. We’ve found our early "true believers," and now we are looking for a Performance Marketing Team Lead to scale our reach to millions of professionals globally.

The Role

As our first dedicated marketing hire, you will own the full growth surface — from paid acquisition to organic channels, lifecycle, and product-led growth. You’ll bridge high-level strategy and tactical execution, building a world-class acquisition engine that targets high-value professionals and ensures Nace AI becomes the default tool in their workflow.

This is a rare opportunity to build from zero, with direct access to founders, a strong technical team, and the resources to move fast.

What You’ll Do:

Paid & Performance Marketing:

  • Own strategy and execution across Search, Paid Social (LinkedIn/Meta), Twitter/X, and newsletter sponsorships

  • Manage substantial budgets with a relentless focus on unit economics — optimizing for LTV:CAC and payback periods

  • Partner with Engineering to build perfect attribution and a data-forward culture where every experiment is measured

Organic Growth & SEO:

  • Own SEO strategy and content distribution to drive sustainable organic acquisition

  • Build a content engine that positions Nace AI as the go-to resource for finance and audit professionals

  • Identify and develop high-intent channels like communities, newsletters, and industry publications

Lifecycle & Retention

  • Build and optimize email and lifecycle flows to convert, onboard, and retain users

  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies tailored to finance and audit personas

Product-Led Growth:

  • Experiment with PLG motions including free trials, freemium, and in-product referral loops

  • Collaborate with Product to surface growth opportunities within the product experience

Brand & Team

  • Lead a small team of growth marketers and creative specialists to produce content that doesn’t look like ads, but like essential tools for knowledge workers

  • Work side-by-side with our founders and product teams in our Palo Alto office to tighten the feedback loop between acquisition and product

Who You Are

  • The Operator: 6+ years in Performance Marketing, with a proven track record of scaling B2B or "Prosumer" SaaS products from $0 to $10M+ ARR.

  • The Leader: You have experience managing high-performing teams or agencies and know how to get the best work out of creative and technical talent.

  • The Generalist: You’ve owned multiple growth levers — paid, organic, lifecycle — and know how to prioritize across them based on stage and data

  • Analytical Rigor: You are dangerous with SQL and data visualization tools; you don't wait for reports, you build them.

  • AI-Native: You understand the AI landscape and are already using LLMs to optimize copy, analyze sentiment, or automate workflows.

  • Palo Alto Based: You value the "war room" energy of a physical office and are committed to being on-site with the team.

Why Nace AI?

Pedigree: Work with a team from top-tier institutions and companies, backed by the best VCs in the world.

Impact: You are joining early enough to shape the culture and the growth roadmap of a company aiming to be the "OS" for professional knowledge.

Competitive Package: Silicon Valley-standard salary, significant equity, and premium benefits.
