About Us

At Nace AI, we are redefining how professional services operate by delivering Sovereign Specialized Intelligence. As an applied research and product company, we equip enterprises with a comprehensive AI stack to build customized, secure intelligence tailored to their unique business needs.

Driven by advanced Small Language Models and our dynamic metamodel framework, our flagship platforms, Nace Data Intelligence and the Nace SLM Cloud, enable true end-to-end business process automation. The result is transformative ROI: professional services firms using Nace AI are currently recovering 1,000 hours per client engagement, drastically reducing overhead and accelerating delivery.

The work we are doing has a meaningful impact across industries, and every hire at Nace AI plays a critical role in shaping the company’s trajectory. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-conviction AI company at an early stage and directly influence its growth.

If building a world-class AI team from the ground up excites you, we’d love to talk.

The Role

As Head of Marketing & GTM, you will own how Nace AI goes to market, from the story we tell to the pipeline it creates. You will lead marketing and go-to-market as one function: brand, positioning, product marketing, demand generation, developer and self-serve growth, sales enablement, GTM operations, and communications. Your job is to turn a deep technical story into a category-defining narrative, and that narrative into revenue from enterprise buyers and developers alike.

You’ll set the strategy, build the team, and stay close enough to the work to ship it yourself. You will partner directly with our founders, research, product, and sales teams to bring every launch to market, from new models and research breakthroughs to enterprise platforms, and you will be accountable for the pipeline those launches generate.

This is a rare opportunity to build a marketing and GTM organization from the ground up at a company with real technical differentiation, strong customer traction, and the resources to move fast.

What You’ll Do

GTM Strategy & Positioning:

  • Own the go-to-market strategy end to end, including ICP, segmentation, and motion design across enterprise sales, partnerships, and self-serve

  • Define Nace AI’s positioning and messaging across our product portfolio, from Nace Data Intelligence and the Nace SLM Cloud to Drex and our developer platform

  • Lead the story for Sovereign Specialized Intelligence and Small Language Models, making Nace AI the clear category leader for professional services AI

  • Shape pricing and packaging with founders and product, informed by win/loss data and customer feedback

Product Marketing & Launches:

  • Run go-to-market for product releases, model launches, and research publications, from narrative and benchmarks to launch-day execution and post-launch pipeline

  • Translate complex research into crisp, credible messaging for CFOs, audit partners, compliance leaders, and engineers

  • Feed what you learn from the market back into product and roadmap decisions

Pipeline & Revenue:

  • Own a marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline target, set jointly with founders and Sales

  • Build a predictable pipeline engine across paid, organic, content, events, outbound, and account-based programs for enterprise and professional services firms

  • Own developer acquisition, activation, and lifecycle for our developer console and self-serve products, and the path from self-serve usage to enterprise deals

  • Build the enablement, case studies, ROI stories, and competitive materials that help Sales close enterprise deals, and run win/loss analysis

  • Develop channel and strategic partnerships, including co-marketing with technology partners and alliances with accounting, audit, and consulting networks

GTM Operations & Analytics:

  • Define the funnel with Sales: lead scoring, MQL/SQL definitions, routing, and handoff SLAs

  • Own the marketing and GTM stack, CRM hygiene, and attribution

  • Track and report on pipeline, CAC, conversion, payback, and revenue impact, and build the dashboards yourself

Brand, Content & Communications:

  • Own the Nace AI brand, website, and visual identity, and raise the bar on everything we publish

  • Lead PR, media relations, and analyst relations, and build lasting relationships with press and industry voices

  • Grow our presence with developers and the AI community through technical content, social, influencer partnerships, hackathons, and events

Team & Leadership:

  • Hire and lead a world-class marketing and GTM team, and manage agencies and contractors where they add leverage

  • Set budgets, goals, and reporting for marketing and GTM, and present results to founders and the board

  • Work side by side with our founders, research, product, and sales teams in our Palo Alto office

Who You Are
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics, or equivalent experience.

  • The Builder: 3-5 years of B2B marketing and go-to-market experience, ideally at an enterprise SaaS or AI company. You’ve owned programs and pipeline targets end to end and are ready to build a marketing and GTM function from the ground up.

  • The Revenue Owner: You think in pipeline, not just impressions. You’ve worked hand in hand with Sales, carried a number, and know what it takes to move a deal from first touch to close.

  • High Energy: You move fast, bring relentless drive, and thrive in the pace and intensity of an early-stage company.

  • The Storyteller: You turn complex, technical products into simple, compelling narratives, and you can hold your own in a room with researchers, engineers, and CFOs.

  • The Full-Stack Marketer: You’ve worked across brand, product marketing, demand generation, growth, and communications, and you know how to prioritize based on stage and data.

  • The Enterprise Expert: You understand how enterprise buyers evaluate and purchase, and you’ve run programs that drive pipeline for high-value sales cycles.

  • Analytical Rigor: You measure everything, build your own dashboards, and make decisions from data rather than instinct alone.

  • AI-Native: You understand the AI landscape deeply and already use LLMs and AI tools to move faster in your own work.

  • 100% Local: You are based in the Bay Area and will work fully on-site with us in Palo Alto.

Bonus Points
  • Experience marketing or selling to finance, audit, accounting, or other professional services firms

  • Experience with developer marketing, product-led growth, open-source communities, or API and platform products

  • Experience building channel or strategic partnership programs

  • A track record of launching research-driven products, models, or technical breakthroughs

  • Existing relationships with tech press, industry analysts, and AI community voices

Why Nace AI?

Pedigree: Work alongside a team from top-tier institutions and companies, backed by General Catalyst, Walden Catalyst, and Intel.

Impact: As our first marketing and GTM leader, you will shape how the market understands and buys Nace AI, and build the team that drives our growth for years to come.

Competitive Package: Silicon Valley-standard salary, significant equity, and premium benefits.
