Lead growth and marketing for Nango, building awareness and qualified demand among developers and technical leaders. Responsibilities include expanding content, social, partnerships, and paid channels; hosting events; refining messaging; securing speaking opportunities; testing growth experiments; tracking awareness and pipeline impact; and creating repeatable playbooks before building a team.

The Head of Growth will represent Nango in the SF AI startup community, build relationships, create content, and drive revenue and product insights.

Build Nango’s customer success function by managing strategic developer-tool and technical SaaS accounts, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion. Develop relationships with technical users and executives, identify use cases and adoption risks, resolve customer blockers with Engineering, and create scalable playbooks for serving more than 700 customers. Track customer health, retention, and growth while partnering closely with the founders.
