Creates written, graphic, photographic, and video content for digital and print channels while maintaining brand consistency. Produces press releases and internal announcements, manages media assets and interns, supports special events, monitors social media analytics, and collaborates across departments and community agencies while protecting confidential health information.

Leads the Native American Health Center’s communications and media program, including strategy, public relations, marketing campaigns, digital channels, branding, content production, website oversight, media relations, community engagement, and communications analytics. Supervises communications staff, manages projects and vendors, supports organizational events and fundraising, develops internal and external messaging, and provides communications training across the organization.

Provide comprehensive primary, preventive, chronic and urgent care; document in EHR within 72 hours; coordinate interdisciplinary care; supervise and mentor staff; participate in quality improvement, on-call and weekend clinics; maintain licensure, certifications, DEA, and credentialing requirements.
