Provide technical support to clients, configure devices, manage IT assets, develop documentation, and facilitate IT shipments while ensuring strong client relationships.

The Director of Operations will oversee systems, processes, and recruiting functions in a growing managed service provider, ensuring service delivery aligns with sales growth and enhancing client satisfaction.

Provide dedicated remote IT support managing high ticket volumes and SLAs; troubleshoot Mac and Windows systems; provision devices and accounts; support onboarding/offboarding; assist with MDM, network, and hardware rollouts; maintain documentation and compliance (SOC2/HIPAA); configure automations; and mentor junior staff.
