Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical IT and corporate roles, partnering with founders and senior leaders on requirements and hiring strategies. Build passive candidate pipelines using Juicebox and other sourcing tools, deploy AI-powered outbound strategies, maintain accurate candidate data in Ashby, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. The role requires managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment while shifting between technical and corporate hiring needs.

Lead concurrent client-facing IT projects from discovery through implementation and handoff. Execute SaaS integrations, identity and access management, MDM deployments, security rollouts, domain and email migrations, conference room builds, and environment standardization. Troubleshoot complex deployment issues, create technical documentation and runbooks, manage risks, coordinate with project managers, and communicate timelines and tradeoffs to clients.

Own FP&A and strategic finance as Network Right’s first internal finance hire. Build financial models, forecasts, capacity plans, pricing analysis, unit economics, and executive reporting. Manage the outsourced bookkeeping relationship, oversee billing and invoicing, evaluate finance tools, and advise founders on investment, cash flow, runway, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong modeling, business acumen, executive communication, and experience scaling high-growth SaaS or technology services businesses.
