Supports business operations, special projects, office administration, vendor coordination, supplies and workspace upkeep, candidate onsite experiences, research, and logistics. The intern works directly with founders in a fast-growing startup and helps keep daily operations organized. This is a three-month onsite internship in San Francisco, offered at 20–40 hours per week, with potential full-time conversion based on business needs.

Own the company’s marketing function end to end, including demand generation, SEO, content, brand positioning, website experimentation, sales enablement, vendor management, AI-powered workflows, and pipeline reporting. The role focuses on scaling inbound marketing, improving conversion rates, building brand consistency, and connecting marketing performance to qualified sales opportunities and revenue.

Own company-wide People Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee support, background checks, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, PEO coordination, payroll and HR platform evaluation, process documentation, workflow automation, and employee experience. Provide onsite office support in San Francisco by managing supplies, vendors, interviews, events, and offsites. Partner with leadership to maintain accurate employee data and support performance management and culture initiatives.
