The Global Program Manager manages NiCE's GSI partnerships, aligning global and regional teams to enhance partner performance, track execution objectives, and improve processes for successful partner engagement.

Maintain and modernize UI, server, persistence, and integration layers of a fraud detection platform; diagnose production issues; implement product enhancements; keep frameworks patched and secure; improve test coverage and engineering quality; lead reviews, mentor engineers, and participate in releases and on-call rotations.

Lead AI delivery-driven projects from initiation through closure, providing strategic direction, executive communication, risk and escalation management, roadmap alignment with technical/product/AI stakeholders, and mentoring PMs to ensure timely, high-quality SaaS and GenAI customer outcomes.
