The Global Partner Program Manager drives program evolution for a global partner initiative, enhancing partner experience and operational effectiveness through cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and performance metrics.

Manage and optimize cloud-based streaming platforms, ensuring high availability and performance for real-time analytics. Collaborate across teams to enhance data pipelines and integrate AI solutions.

Build sample applications, proof-of-concept integrations, and developer tools connecting NICE CXone with partner platforms. Document integration patterns, troubleshoot API and authentication issues, support partner onboarding, and translate partner feedback into product and engineering requirements. The role requires software development experience, REST API integration expertise, web technology knowledge, strong debugging and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical partners.
