Lead end-to-end product for Nium's B2B card issuance segment: define strategy and roadmap, write API specs, drive integrations with schemes and processors, design stablecoin-to-card settlement and AI-enabled workflows, engage stakeholders and clients, and monitor card KPIs to scale international card programs.

Lead compliance strategy for platform businesses, including framework development, risk assessments, regulatory advice, and monitoring systems. Collaborate with sales and product teams to integrate compliance as a key feature.

Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing insights for decision-making and mentoring the FP&A team.

Responsible for acquiring new clients and generating revenue for Nium in the Americas. Focus on business development through client relationships, consultative selling, and achieving financial targets.

Lead strategy and growth for Direct Debit and programmable account-to-account payments. Own product roadmap, GTM, integrations, implementation quality, and support/exception workflows. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to scale volume, expand network coverage, accelerate integrations, and launch new revenue products while improving reconciliation, settlement, and customer experience.

The Director will expand partnerships with financial institutions and payment processors in the Americas, develop network strategies, and ensure project management across key initiatives.
