Leads Nium’s global payments product portfolio as a mini-GM, owning strategy, lifecycle, commercial performance, and organizational development. Responsibilities span cross-border payments, card issuance, payment infrastructure, stablecoins, APIs, and digital assets. The role partners with executive leadership, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Treasury, and Operations to deliver globally scalable products, drive adoption and revenue, navigate regulatory requirements, and build a high-performing product organization.

Leads compliance for Nium’s Platforms business, advising commercial teams on payment platforms, marketplaces, bank and card partnerships, stablecoin networks, AML/CTF, sanctions, KYC/KYB, licensing, and payments regulation. The role develops risk-based solutions, supports new products and markets, manages escalations, creates compliance frameworks and training, and connects global commercial priorities with local regulatory requirements.
