Provides live-in support and guidance to first-year residential students, conducts wellness check-ins, responds to emergencies, enforces community standards, documents incidents, and connects students with campus resources. Plans educational, social, and recreational programs, supports residential operations, participates in on-call rotations, and collaborates with Student Life and campus partners to foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging community.

Provides academic advising and retention support to undergraduate pathway students across global campuses. Responsibilities include academic planning, registration assistance, monitoring student progress, supporting at-risk students, maintaining records, teaching Introduction to College courses, coordinating campus partnerships, and supporting recruitment and orientation activities.

Provide student-focused academic advising for undergraduate pathway students: identify at-risk students, support course planning and registration, maintain records, teach Introduction to College, collaborate with campus offices, participate in recruitment and committees, and coordinate referrals to student resources to foster an inclusive learning environment.

Manage and administer the Husky Card system and associated databases; ensure system integrity via reconciliation and reporting; support web transactions and connected devices; train departments on reporting tools; expand card services; oversee student worker hiring, training, and mentoring; coordinate with Residential Security and Technical Support; manage budgets, priorities, and relationships to align card services with university needs.

Leads undergraduate academic advising services for the Oakland campus, including supervising and training advisors, managing student caseloads, interpreting academic policies, monitoring progress, and coordinating referrals. Develops retention strategies, implements advising plans based on assessment data, supports advising technology, maintains student records, assists with orientation, and represents advising on committees. Also teaches introductory courses, develops syllabi, grades assignments, and manages attendance and final grades.

Provide administrative and program support for Upward Bound: maintain student records and college resources, manage communications and supplies, support after-school and weekend activities, assist with recruitment, chaperone trips, lead or substitute Saturday workshops, and help uphold program policies and event logistics.

Live-in, entry-level residential staff supporting first-year students' academic, social, emotional, and safety needs.
