Full-time, on-site undergraduate teaching position in physics. Teach up to five undergraduate course sections per year (PHYS 115X sequence), hold office hours, develop and oversee course/lab curricula, participate in departmental service, and support student progress and community-based projects.

Provide student-centered academic advising for undergraduate students across Northeastern network campuses, including registration, schedule building, retention outreach, documentation, referrals to campus resources, teaching Introduction to College, participating in recruitment and committees, and coordinating with campus offices to support student success.

Live-in entry-level role supporting first-year students through one-on-one check-ins, crisis response, safety patrols, community programming, policy enforcement, and administrative duties. Collaborates with Student Life and campus partners to connect students with resources, document incidents, and foster an inclusive residential learning environment. Requires evening/weekend availability and participation in on-call rotation.

Process, sort, collect, and distribute intercampus, commercial carrier, and U.S. mail. Operate high-volume copiers and printing equipment, receive job requests, coordinate printing tasks using computers, meet deadlines, assist customers, and follow postal regulations and office procedures.

This role provides high-level administrative support to senior administrators by managing calendars, coordinating projects, and ensuring effective communication. It requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and proficiency in financial management and technology.
