Provides live-in support and guidance to first-year residential students, conducts wellness check-ins, responds to emergencies, enforces community standards, documents incidents, and connects students with campus resources. Plans educational, social, and recreational programs, supports residential operations, participates in on-call rotations, and collaborates with Student Life and campus partners to foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging community.

Provides academic advising and retention support to undergraduate pathway students across global campuses. Responsibilities include academic planning, registration assistance, monitoring student progress, supporting at-risk students, maintaining records, teaching Introduction to College courses, coordinating campus partnerships, and supporting recruitment and orientation activities.

Provide student-focused academic advising for undergraduate pathway students: identify at-risk students, support course planning and registration, maintain records, teach Introduction to College, collaborate with campus offices, participate in recruitment and committees, and coordinate referrals to student resources to foster an inclusive learning environment.
