Travel up to 50% is required, along with executive-level presentations and data-driven customer opportunity analysis.

Establishes development, testing, code review, and CI/CD best practices while hiring and developing engineers. Lead strategy, customer discovery, intuitive product design, proactive intelligence and agent development, adoption and expansion experiments, and product-led growth. Partner with engineering, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams to increase utilization across the deployed customer base, improve onboarding, deliver actionable insights, and turn customer maturity and expansion into product-driven experiences.
