Architect journeys, build and run automated email/push/SMS programs, define segmentation and measurement frameworks, synthesize analytics for optimization, and champion AI-driven marketing innovations while managing multi-client priorities and mentoring teams.

Monitor real-time card transaction activity across multiple platforms to identify and investigate suspicious behavior. Classify fraud types, manage disputes and chargebacks end-to-end per Visa/Mastercard rules, escalate appropriately, communicate with cardholders and stakeholders, reconcile GL items related to disputes, produce accurate case documentation, and contribute to fraud trend reporting and detection rule improvements.

Provide inbound phone and digital support for retail bank onboarding: review and approve applications, troubleshoot issues, complete account maintenance, adhere to SLAs and regulations, participate in testing and training, and deliver excellent customer service across varied schedules.
