Analyze healthcare claims, authorization, eligibility, and clinical data to build customer-facing dashboards, answer complex utilization and cost questions, support ROI analyses, investigate data quality issues, and define consistent metrics for the analytics platform. Present findings to health plan stakeholders and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Clinical Operations, and Customer Success.

Manage strategic relationships with health plan customers, serving as their trusted advisor and coordinating with product and operations teams. Translate payer feedback into product improvements, lead account initiatives from kickoff through delivery, and build scalable account-management processes, playbooks, and reporting. The role requires healthcare payer expertise, familiarity with payer data and value-based care, experience with AI-enabled SaaS products, strong cross-functional project execution, and comfort working in an ambiguous startup environment.

Develop and deploy LLM and NLU systems that analyze clinical notes, medical records, and healthcare standards. Build reliable evaluation, benchmarking, governance, explainability, and data pipeline capabilities while integrating AI features into the platform. The role also involves backend and data engineering, collaboration with backend engineers, maintaining privacy and security standards, and supporting accurate clinical assessments and care recommendations.
