Leads hardware/software co-design for AI silicon by translating ML workload requirements into kernel, compiler, and architectural decisions. Optimizes ML kernels, quantization, data structures, memory usage, and execution efficiency; develops performance models and simulations; defines specialized acceleration IP; and validates silicon requirements with ML research, compiler, and architecture teams.

Develop visual concepts and direction for AI research stories, announcements, and demos. Translate complex research into clear visual storytelling across web, social, film, editorial, and experiential formats. Create treatments, mood boards, prototypes, and reusable visual systems; art direct creative collaborators while remaining hands-on in design execution. Partner with researchers and creative teams, maintain scientific accuracy and visual consistency, and guide projects from concept through final delivery.

Manage OpenAI’s Transformation Leads team in the American West while advising senior customers on AI-driven business reinvention. Lead executive workshops, facilitate process and culture change, represent OpenAI publicly, identify customer needs for Product, collaborate with account and technical teams, and coach team members while maintaining personal customer engagements.

Leads cybersecurity partner sales across GSIs, MSSPs, hyperscalers, security ISVs, and VARs in the Americas. Owns revenue, pipeline, forecasting, partner business plans, joint customer opportunities, and repeatable AI-enabled security offerings. Builds executive and technical relationships, supports deployments and adoption, validates cybersecurity use cases, and feeds customer insights back to product and go-to-market teams.

Lead and grow the engineering team responsible for OpenAI’s API infrastructure across multiple cloud providers. Define the platform’s technical vision, architecture, roadmap, and operational standards while driving scalable distributed systems for API routing, model serving, capacity management, and cloud deployment. Partner with internal engineering teams and cloud providers to launch reliable production services, optimize performance and infrastructure efficiency, and develop engineering talent.

Advise senior leadership on legal, commercial, reputational, and strategic risks while developing scalable trademark processes and frameworks.

Leads Strategic Finance Data Science by developing revenue and product-usage forecasts, building financial dashboards, automating reporting, guiding metrics reviews, supporting business decisions, and mentoring a high-performing team.

Own strategic startup customer relationships, account plans, consumption revenue targets, forecasts, and technical engagements for OpenAI’s platform. Partner with solutions architects and cross-functional teams to accelerate customer growth, synthesize product feedback, analyze account and market intelligence, and contribute to startup strategy. The role also supports team recruitment, onboarding, and culture development.

Serve as product counsel for frontier AI models and products, advising product teams on regulatory, copyright, commerce, privacy, and other legal risks. Develop scalable risk-mitigation strategies, address novel AI legal issues, and help shape AI legal policy positions across consumer, workplace, and regulated offerings.

Lead AI safety research programs spanning safeguards development, frontier risk assessments, adversarial testing, launch readiness, and trusted-access programs. Partner with researchers and engineers to define roadmaps, coordinate evaluations, address safeguard gaps, strengthen safety evidence, and guide deployment decisions. Translate ambiguous safety questions into scalable programs while communicating uncertainty, limitations, and unresolved risks to decision-makers.

Own international product growth for ChatGPT’s SMB and business segments. Diagnose funnels, identify user and market needs, and lead experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, upsell, and expansion. Partner with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and regional teams to build roadmaps, segmentation, lifecycle journeys, targeting models, and experimentation capabilities. Measure incremental impact and scale successful improvements across markets.

Leads legal strategy and risk management for global energy procurement and power infrastructure transactions.
