Manage corporate IT operations and the information security program across macOS, Google Workspace, SaaS platforms, and cloud services. Administer devices, accounts, access controls, security monitoring, endpoint protection, and data protection settings. Investigate suspicious activity, lead incident response, preserve evidence, and oversee remediation. Provide employee IT support, manage assets and vendors, maintain policies, deliver security training, and support backup and business continuity.

Own and build OpenArt’s enterprise customer success function from the ground up. Responsibilities include onboarding, training, implementation, adoption, support, renewals, expansion, upsells, pre-sales support, demonstrations, security reviews, customer feedback, and scalable playbook development. The role partners closely with Enterprise, Product, and Marketing teams to help brands, agencies, and studios integrate AI creative workflows.

Build the enterprise platform for an AI creative product, including workspaces, roles and permissions, SSO, audit logs, usage-based billing, invoicing, payment integrations, and security foundations. Develop backend services and APIs for multi-tenant usage patterns alongside polished React/Next.js administration and billing experiences. Collaborate with founders, sales, and customers to convert requirements into production features while taking increasing ownership of enterprise platform surfaces.
