Lead day-to-day People Operations and recruiting for a Series B mental-health startup. Partner with the CEO on workforce planning, manager coaching, employee relations, performance cycles, compliance, office ops (SF 2 days/week), and change management—including AI adoption. Manage an in-house recruiter, run people programs end-to-end, and ensure operational excellence across payroll, benefits, and vendor QA.
