About Osmind

Osmind is a public benefit corporation advancing psychiatry through technology, services, and real-world evidence to bring innovative mental health treatments to patients in need. Osmind's psychiatry-tailored software and services, used by leading psychiatry practices across the U.S., help improve patient outcomes while driving practice success. Osmind's network of over 1000 clinics comprises the country's largest network of interventional psychiatry practices. Simultaneously, Osmind's clinic network, point-of-care software, and real-world data support life sciences companies in developing and scaling access to cutting-edge treatments. Osmind is a 65-person, Series B-stage company and has raised funding from top investors such as DFJ Growth, Y Combinator, and General Catalyst.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a second full-cycle SMB Account Executive reporting into our Director of Sales. You'll work primarily with small to mid-sized psychiatry or mental health practices — often a single prescriber or a couple of providers without a large administrative staff. We have a proven GTM motion where leads land daily and product-market fit is strong. Your job is to be the person who can run a scaled sales motion with discipline, being an expert advisor to your buyer and a strong closer.

What You'll Do

  • Own the deal from first demo request through signature for a high-volume, high-velocity motion.
  • Use AI to work volume efficiently: Claude, Gong, and similar tools should carry your admin so more of your day goes to conversations.
  • Deeply understand our ICP, their pain points, and how our product solves them.
  • Run engaging product demos tailored to each practice's workflows and pain points, positioning Osmind as the clear choice.
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and analytical rigor to move opportunities through the funnel quickly and decisively.
  • Collaborate with the Growth, Product, and Operations teams to strengthen our sales playbooks, share product feedback, and ensure a smooth handoff so the customer activates and onboards successfully.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of closing experience — B2B SaaS sales experience preferred; inside sales or full-cycle AE experience (lead through signature) is a strong fit.
  • Comfortable with a high-volume, short-cycle motion.
  • AI-first track record that’s tangibly improved your capacity and helped you close more deals
  • Healthcare experience given the nuances of our industry and startup experience given our company’s pace and growth trajectory
  • Patient, clear communicator — our customers aren’t technical software buyers.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with general/outpatient psychiatry or behavioral health.
  • Experience selling EHR/EMRs or software to practices

Some candidates may see the list above and feel discouraged because they don't match all the items. Please apply anyway: there's a good chance you also have important skills we’ve missed! We are committed to diversity and building an equitable and inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and experiences, and we're taking steps to meet that commitment. We especially encourage members of traditionally underrepresented communities to apply, including women, underrepresented people of color, LGBTQ+ people, veterans, and people with disabilities.
