Teams at Outsmart

Lead end-to-end product design for major areas of Outsmart’s student experience, from strategy and research through prototyping, launch, and iteration. Partner with Product and Engineering, mentor and manage designers, lead critiques, evolve the design system, establish efficient design processes, and help shape the growing design team and culture.

Lead design and delivery of undergraduate curriculum and assessments, define pedagogical philosophy, manage faculty and instructional designers, ensure accreditation and academic quality, and collaborate with product and engineering to create AI-enhanced learning experiences and assessment validation systems.

Lead development and deployment of AI-first systems: build generative and discriminative models, enable multimodal behavior classification from mobile signals, define prompting and benchmarking standards, own ML tooling and SDLC, and partner with Product and Engineering on the AI roadmap.
