Source senior talent, use AI-driven tools and market insights, advise hiring managers on hiring decisions and compensation, improve recruiting processes through root-cause analysis, deliver excellent candidate experiences, and maintain operational excellence in Ashby while meeting recruiting KPIs.

Sell Overjet's dental AI to DSOs by prospecting, presenting to C-suite stakeholders, owning deals from pitch to close, forecasting sales, meeting aggressive revenue targets, and handing off customers to Customer Success.

Lead and scale the SMB customer success function to drive retention, adoption, and expansion. Hire and manage CSMs, define playbooks and segmentation, oversee onboarding-to-renewal lifecycle, monitor health scores, forecast retention, and collaborate cross-functionally to surface customer feedback and growth opportunities.

Sell Overjet's dental AI to private practice customers by prospecting, qualifying needs, delivering presentations to key stakeholders, owning the full sales cycle through close, forecasting accurately, and hitting aggressive revenue targets while coordinating handoff to Customer Success.

Lead and grow a 10+ engineer team to build AI-driven Revenue Cycle Management products for dental care. Define architecture and engineering standards, align cross-functional teams, drive product delivery from 0-1 and 1-to-N, implement best practices and CI/CD, and occasionally contribute to code while communicating strategy to senior leadership.

Manage mid-market dental accounts to drive success during pilot and ongoing phases. Own Overjet’s full-funnel content strategy and calendar across SMB and enterprise dental audiences. Create written, visual, data-driven, and interactive content; use AI tools to prototype and ship independently; manage SEO, AEO, engagement, brand, and conversion performance; influence pipeline; and develop thought leadership with internal experts, customers, partners, and KOLs. Collaborate with marketing, sales, demand generation, design, product, and social teams to strengthen Overjet’s position in dental AI.

Founding Account Executive to build and own go-to-market for life insurance. End-to-end sales ownership: prospecting, discovery, demos, pilots, negotiation, and close. Validate target accounts, build a $1M+ pipeline, create GTM playbook, navigate multi-stakeholder deals, scope POCs, drive adoption/expansion, and translate customer feedback into product priorities.
