Senior legal counsel supporting Finance, Capital Markets, and the Board on corporate governance, transactions, regulatory documentation, disclosures, and corporate legal operations. The role manages board materials, entity governance, equity documentation, transaction readiness, and corporate records while monitoring corporate and securities law developments and advising executive leadership.

Supports the General Counsel and legal team with corporate governance, compliance, IPO readiness, and transaction activities. Responsibilities include managing corporate calendars, filings, entity records, board materials, data rooms, due diligence, closing checklists, post-closing deliverables, contract lifecycle management, and e-billing processes. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and coordination with counsel, auditors, underwriters, and corporate service providers.

Lead the cloud infrastructure and developer platform team to define and execute strategy for cloud-native platforms, CI/CD, and shared services. Drive large-scale infrastructure projects emphasizing reliability, scalability, security, cost optimization, and operational excellence. Establish processes, ownership models, incident management practices, and technical standards. Partner across Product, Security, Compliance, Finance, and Exec leadership to prioritize investments and recruit, mentor, and retain engineering leaders and senior ICs.

Lead PayJoy’s ML platform organization and manage Staff and Senior ML and software engineers. Define the long-term roadmap for ML infrastructure, feature stores, model serving, ETL, internal APIs, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps. Partner with Risk, Fraud, Engineering, Product, and Data Science stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions. Mentor engineering leaders, ensure production reliability and compliance, identify operational bottlenecks, and guide adoption of technologies such as LLMs and graph databases.

Own PayJoy’s Lock Platform initiatives across security, reliability, device compatibility, and market readiness. Lead programs from problem definition through launch and post-launch iteration, partnering with engineering, go-to-market, legal, OEMs, and field teams. Drive OTA enforcement, vulnerability reduction, accidental-lock prevention, device coverage, platform health metrics, and country launch readiness. The role requires strong Android or mobile-platform fluency, independent product leadership, analytical skills, and experience with technically complex domains such as mobile security or device management.

Lead architecture and implementation of scalable payments systems, solve high-impact technical problems, mentor engineers, drive platform improvements, and influence cross-functional initiatives.

Lead product vision and execution for PayJoy's mobile app platform. Define multi-year strategy, extend platform capabilities beyond loan servicing, own end-to-end delivery, set platform UX and architecture standards, drive app store presence, and partner with engineering, design, data, and operations to scale engagement and revenue.
