Manages assigned commercial furniture accounts as the primary client contact, overseeing projects, work orders, quotes, service contracts, pricing, customer communication, and satisfaction. Coordinates dealer teams, designers, contractors, and other third parties; presents products and services; manages account profitability and sales opportunities. Requires commercial furniture sales experience, space planning and project management skills, and knowledge of contract furniture processes and interior design.

Supports sales teams, strategic accounts, and dealer principals by preparing product specifications, pricing proposals, quotes, presentations, order documentation, and client approval packages. Assists with vendor labor and pricing quotations, finish samples, system order entry, project notes, meeting minutes, and client standards maintenance. The role also provides administrative support, attends client meetings, and communicates with internal teams and customers.

Coordinates commercial furniture installation projects from planning through completion, managing schedules, vendors, client communication, documentation, shipping, site installation, punch lists, warranty issues, and quality compliance. Conducts site inspections, documents product deficiencies in PlanGrid, coordinates corrective actions, and tracks installation completion. The role is a hybrid Quality Assurance and Project Management position with an expected transition into full-time project management.
