Lead high-impact product design initiatives across a large AI-enabled public safety data platform. Conduct user research, craft end-to-end interactions and visual design, collaborate with design, engineering, and leadership to define product strategy, contribute to design systems, and deliver polished, user-centered solutions for field users.

Lead design and execution of total rewards strategy, build scalable compensation, benefits, HR systems, and people operations for rapid growth. Create job architecture, equity and benchmarking programs, workforce analytics, and dashboards. Partner with executives and board on compensation, hire and develop a team of rewards and HR systems experts, and ensure operational excellence and culture-aligned programs.

Lead and build Peregrine’s federal, state, and local government affairs function. Develop and execute government engagement and lobbying strategies, manage external partners and compliance, support federal and priority state business objectives, respond to political/regulatory risk, and build association and event engagement to unlock funding, market access, and protect the company as it scales.

Design and build control plane and automation systems to provision and manage network connectivity at scale. Extend APIs and self-service networking, automate infrastructure workflows across AWS and customer environments using Python, Terraform and Pulumi, and lead debugging of complex connectivity and distributed system issues.

Lead content strategy and produce deep, original educational assets that translate complex technical and governance topics for diverse audiences. Collaborate with SMEs to build authoritative, structured content optimized for human readers and AI answer engines, and establish scalable, AI-native production workflows while maintaining accuracy and voice.

Lead product deployments and customer impact delivery for an AI-enabled platform. Identify operational workflows, build data models and pipelines, write code to integrate data, and partner with customer executives to solve mission-critical problems.
