  • Provide interviewers with candidate resumes, virtual meeting links or reserved interview rooms, and other necessary items to ensure a seamless interview experience
  • Support ad hoc recruiting tasks and projects that align with recruiting or company goals and initiatives such as interviewer training, employer branding, referral program, candidate experience, etc.
About You
  • Candidate-centric and conscientious: you act as a steward of the company and put candidate experience at the center of your work
  • Collaborative and communicative: you speak and write clearly and thoughtfully with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive and successful experience for everyone
  • Attention to detail: you are diligently organized, stay on top of scheduling activities, and partner with your recruiter to ensure candidates are progressing through interviews
  • Growth and learning mindset: you are a lifelong learner and remain curious about how your work aligns and evolves with the success and goals of the recruiting team and company
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years experience in the recruitment space, preferably at a high-growth mid-stage organization
  • Ability to multi-task and schedule a high volume of interviews with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Experience with Greenhouse and Gem Scheduling, or other similar applicant tracking system or scheduling tools
  • Possess high integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
