Own the international ecommerce technology strategy, roadmap, and execution for market expansion across Japan, Europe, and future regions. Lead Shopify Markets capabilities, localized storefronts, international payments, taxation, fulfillment, integrations, and compliance. Drive technical go-to-market launches, cross-functional alignment, vendor coordination, requirements, prioritization, testing, and optimization. Use data and KPIs to guide decisions and communicate strategy, risks, and progress to senior leadership.

Build and operate a multi-tenant platform encompassing Kubernetes infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, shared CI/CD pipelines, security and compliance controls, observability, identity, networking, and cost visibility. Establish reusable platform standards, enforce software supply-chain security, support AI development environments, and drive adoption across product teams. Provide technical leadership through architecture decisions, proof of concepts, code reviews, documentation, and migration support.

Leads platform architecture and hands-on infrastructure engineering across multi-tenant Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, cloud identity, security compliance, observability, and AI development environments. Designs scalable runtime, networking, identity, policy, and delivery systems while enforcing isolation and auditability. Owns strategic architecture decisions, reliability and security evidence, developer outcomes, and technical mentorship.

Lead French-language discovery workshops, design Confluence information architecture and governance, and manage Cloud migrations or restructures. Configure Confluence and Marketplace apps, integrate with Jira/JSM, document architecture and procedures, train administrators, support go-live adoption, and report project progress, risks, and decisions.

Lead Jira and Confluence migrations from Server or Data Center to Atlassian Cloud. Plan and execute test runs through cutover using JCMA and CCMA, remediate ScriptRunner scripts through retirement, automation, or Cloud rewrites, and collaborate with stakeholders on UAT and handover. Requires strong Groovy, Jira administration, ScriptRunner for Cloud, migration, and client communication skills.

Lead product for workflow-focused AI features in a B2B SaaS insurance platform. Partner with users, GTM, and engineering to design, ship, and measure intelligent workflow automation, pilot deployments, and expansions to reduce manual effort and build trust in AI recommendations.
