Teams at Planful

Lead customer implementations of Planful’s financial performance management platform. Responsibilities include assessing existing implementations, managing consultations and projects, facilitating discovery and solution design, analyzing financial planning and reporting processes, recommending best practices, supporting root-cause issue resolution, and advising clients on process improvement, change management, and analytics. The role also provides oversight during configuration, testing, knowledge transfer, and rollout activities.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research with finance users, synthesize insights, and translate findings into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design-system-based solutions. Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to improve complex SaaS workflows, validate designs, measure outcomes, maintain research repositories, and influence roadmap priorities. Contribute to pattern libraries and communicate research findings and design rationale to varied stakeholders.

Analyzes sales, pipeline, revenue, productivity, forecasting, retention, expansion, pricing, and territory data to support GTM decision-making. Builds forecast models, reporting frameworks, executive presentations, and actionable insights while validating data across Salesforce, Clari, and business systems. Partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Deal Desk, IT, and Business Systems teams.
