Serve as customers' primary technical advisor: design success strategies, lead onboarding and adoption, monitor account technical health, mitigate risks, liaise with internal teams, and support expansion with Account Executives.

Define and deliver technical product narratives, build and maintain demo environments, create demo videos, reference designs, tutorials, and technical enablement. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Partners, and CSMs to translate complex platform features into customer-facing value and training materials.

Serve as a post-sale technical advisor to design, implement, and drive adoption of Port's developer platform. Lead discovery and architecture workshops, produce solution designs and reference architectures, validate customer environments, deliver enablement, and collaborate cross-functionally to capture best practices and improve outcomes.

Create and host short-form technical videos to evangelize Agentic-SDLC; demo product features, build community engagement, collaborate with product/sales/engineering, and produce rapid hands-on tutorials and content.

Plan and execute co-marketing programs and joint launch plans with strategic technology partners across the SDLC. Create co-branded content, webinars, demos, and enablement materials. Coordinate messaging, assets, and timelines with internal teams and partners. Track campaign execution, partner participation, and attribution while building repeatable, scalable partner marketing motions.

Create and host short-form technical videos to evangelize Agentic-SDLC and Port. Translate complex features and use cases into engaging demos, build community, partner with Product/Sales/Engineering, and produce rapid hands-on tutorials and social content.

Own and execute co-marketing programs with strategic technology partners across the SDLC. Drive joint launch plans, create co-branded content and enablement, run webinars and events, maintain partner marketing assets, and align cross-functionally to scale repeatable partner GTM motions.

As a Solutions Architect at Port.io, you will guide technical implementation of the Agentic Engineering Platform, lead architecture workshops, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
