Build tools and infrastructure that democratize machine learning, productionize ML models with data science and engineering teams, and maintain and evolve ML platforms and architectures. The role requires experience with data-intensive software applications, machine learning lifecycles, Apache Spark, SQL, backend APIs, and adapting to new technologies.

Develop and maintain reliable, scalable backend services for Poshmark’s cloud marketplace platform. Responsibilities include writing tested code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting distributed systems in production, improving tooling and workflows, and collaborating with Product, QA, and Design. Over time, the engineer will independently deliver features, improve performance and scalability, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor interns or new hires.

Own Poshmark’s paid video growth strategy across TV, CTV/OTT, YouTube, and emerging channels. Responsibilities include media planning, buying, campaign execution, optimization, experimentation, agency management, budget oversight, partner negotiation, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The role balances brand awareness and intent objectives while developing scalable playbooks and translating measurement results into recommendations for shopper and seller growth.
