Lead seller-focused product marketing: own GTM for seller-facing features, craft positioning and messaging, design lifecycle programs (onboarding to retention), partner with Product/CRM/Growth, run launches end-to-end, generate seller insights, and scale lifecycle frameworks to drive adoption and retention.

Own Posh Live as a business: set and run the operating plan, drive growth and marketplace health, lead host acquisition, define buyer experience and content standards, prioritize cross-product features, and lead cross-functional teams to hit engagement and supply/quality KPIs.
