Teams at Poshmark

Develop and grow enterprise seller partnerships for Poshmark and Posh Live. Responsibilities include sourcing and closing brands, retailers, liquidators, and other supply partners; managing the pipeline from outreach through launch; advising partners on merchandising, pricing, inventory, and live-selling strategies; monitoring account performance; and collaborating cross-functionally to drive GMV, sell-through, repeat participation, and long-term marketplace growth.

Leads multiple Growth Engineering teams and managers, setting technical strategy and delivering acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data Science, Analytics, and Marketing to drive experimentation and measurable customer outcomes. Oversees architecture, engineering excellence, reliability, scalability, hiring, organizational planning, leadership development, and platform modernization.

Develop and maintain reliable, scalable backend services for Poshmark’s cloud marketplace platform. Responsibilities include writing tested code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting distributed systems in production, improving tooling and workflows, and collaborating with Product, QA, and Design. Over time, the engineer will independently deliver features, improve performance and scalability, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor interns or new hires.
