Powered by a vibrant community of 165 million members, Poshmark brings real people and taste to shopping through a social experience shaped by shared discovery. Poshmark is looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager to grow high-quality seller supply and inventory across Posh Live and the broader Poshmark marketplace.

This role will be primarily responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding enterprise sellers for Posh Live, while helping them build a successful and scalable presence across Poshmark. You will partner with sellers to develop the right commercial strategy for their business—using live shopping, catalog, and assortment opportunities to reach customers, grow sales, and create long-term value on the platform.

You will be a strategic, commercially minded relationship builder who understands how to win and grow enterprise partnerships in a two-sided marketplace.

What You’ll Do

  • Source, evaluate, and close high-potential enterprise sellers, brands, retailers, liquidators, and other supply partners for Posh Live and Poshmark.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, from initial outreach and pitch through contracting, onboarding, launch, and long-term account growth.

  • Lead with Posh Live as a key acquisition opportunity, helping partners understand how live selling can drive discovery, engagement, and conversion.

  • Develop tailored partner strategies that combine live shows with catalog selling, assortment planning, and ongoing marketplace growth.

  • Advise partners on merchandising, pricing, inventory selection, show formats, and operational best practices to maximize performance across channels.

  • Work closely with Partner Success, Host Growth, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to ensure partners launch successfully and are set up for sustained growth.

  • Track partner performance and identify opportunities to improve GMV, sell-through, repeat participation, catalog adoption, and overall account health.

  • Bring market intelligence back to the team, including insights on seller needs, competitive dynamics, categories, and emerging supply opportunities.

  • Help shape the enterprise seller value proposition and scalable playbooks for acquiring and growing high-value partners.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or marketplace experience.

  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and closing complex commercial partnerships, ideally with brands, retailers, sellers, creators, or supply partners.

  • Strong commercial judgment and comfort negotiating partnership terms, evaluating opportunity size, and managing a sales pipeline.

  • A deep understanding of e-commerce, marketplaces, resale, retail, live commerce, or social commerce.

  • Ability to build credibility with senior external partners and translate their business needs into a compelling Poshmark growth strategy.

  • Strong analytical skills and a habit of using data to identify opportunities, diagnose performance, and prioritize action.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to drive execution across multiple internal teams.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and comfort building new programs in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in live commerce, creator commerce, fashion, resale, off-price retail, or liquidation.

  • Existing relationships with enterprise sellers, brands, retailers, or live commerce operators.

  • Experience managing both acquisition and post-close growth for strategic accounts.
